Date • Tomato • Avocado Salad
This tasty salad is sure to impress your dinner guests or anyone for that matter, it's healthy with a hint of sweetness
Ingredients: Arugula, tomato, dates, avocado, red onion, lemon, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt & fresh crushed pepper.
1. In a bowl add arugula, Parmesan, onion, olive oil and lemon juice and mix together well, set aside.
2. Slice tomatoes and avocado then sprinkle with salt/pepper and lemon juice. Cut dates and remove pit.
3. Add all ingredients together, add some more cheese if desired!
